We are a hidden gem nestled atop the hill behind Wyoming County Community Hospital. Please take a moment to review the map and directions before you arrive, and keep an eye out for the green metal roof over the front porch.
Parking is located next to our main office. From the parking lot, simply walk past the main office building to reach the Hospitality House.
This is a self check-in facility. Your 4-digit access code will be active at 3:00 PM on your check-in date. Use the same code for both the main entrance of the Hospitality House and your room door. Your code will deactivate at 11:00 AM on your day of check-out.
Community members, students, and healthcare professionals will receive their access code via an automated email approximately three days before arrival.
Airbnb guests will receive their access code through the Airbnb messaging system after their reservation is confirmed.
Yes, free WiFi is available. Network and password information is provided in your room and posted in the shared kitchen.
Requests for early check-in and late check-out are considered and are subject to availability. If we can accommodate, will communicate with the guest and adjust access times accordingly.
Free parking is available in designated Hospitality House parking spaces or in the parking lot near our main office.
Staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in our main office building, located next to the Hospitality House. Please note that staff are not on-site outside of regular business hours.
If you need assistance after hours, please call 585-297-4500 (Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-10:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 AM-10:00 PM). A team member will typically respond within one hour.

All guest rooms are private and include their own private bathroom. The suites also feature a private bathroom located within the suite. Shared spaces include the main kitchen, living room, laundry room, and veranda.
Yes, each room and suite have a mini refrigerator, microwave, and single-use coffee maker. The house offers a full-size kitchen for shared use by all guests (full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, pots/pans, etc.)

No. We provide all linens and towels.
As much as we love pets, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them in our rooms or any of our common areas.
A Pack ‘n Play is available upon request prior to your stay. Please note that linens are not provided.
