The Hospitality House offers comfortable, affordable lodging in the heart of Wyoming County. Conveniently located behind the Wyoming County Community Health System in Warsaw, New York, our fully accessible house welcomes a variety of guests, including healthcare professionals, students, patients and families, and community members visiting the area.

Established through the generosity of William F. Thiel, the Hospitality House was created to support healthcare access and strengthen the rural healthcare workforce while providing a welcoming place to stay for travelers and visitors.

The Hospitality House features six private guest accommodations, including four private rooms and two suites. Each accommodation includes a private bathroom, providing guests with comfort, privacy, and a home-like environment during their stay. Guests also have access to shared common areas, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and comfortable living spaces.

Whether you are completing a clinical rotation, working in the area, visiting family, attending local events, or seeking lodging while receiving medical care, the Hospitality House offers a comfortable and affordable alternative to traditional hotels.

Guests may include:

  • Health professions and medical students completing rural rotations
  • Traveling healthcare professionals
  • Individuals visiting family and friends
  • Community members and travelers visiting the area

When not occupied by mission-related guests, the Hospitality House is listed on Airbnb to generate revenue that helps support student housing.
