WNY Rural Area Health Education Center (R-AHEC) is seeking a qualified candidate for Technical Support Coordinator.
Job duties may include:
Troubleshooting, desktop and hardware support, website maintenance, video editing, and working with learning management systems. Knowledge of Windows, computer networking, information technology and terminology required.
Reporting skills, thoroughness, attention to detail, research skills, problem solving, quality-focused, and dependable.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, informations sytsems, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
